Hene Ongoloka- Hailing from the Kingdom of Tonga Hene is our newest member of the A-Town Tattoo Crew. Originally beginning his career on the island of Maui, HI where he did his apprenticeship at White Lotus Tattoo. From there Hene moved to the mainland where he landed in San Francisco there he continued to hone his tattooing skills at Black Rose Tattoo until family responsibilities brought him to Orange County. Upon arriving Hene showed up with his portfolio in hand and has been here ever since. As a common occurrence in tattoo shops we share information and techniques with each other and since Hene has been here he has come everyday with an open mind and ready to learn…..and it’s showing! In the short time he has been here we have watched his style and his skills grow right along with his clientele. As far as I am aware Hene is one of two professional Tongan tattoo artist in Southern California  the other being the renowned Afa Cocker who works out of Los Angeles. We are proud to have him and are excited to see what will happen over the next several months as word gets out that he is here with us in A-Town.
